Facility and Infrastructure

We have 20,000 square feet shed designed to handle 5+ Tip bulker trailers assembly simultaneously other than job work activity. The shop is equipped with 2 nos 10 cranes which enables effortless handling and mounting of structure on Truck /trailer Chassis .

Our Shop has following in-house facility

• 1) CNC Plasma Cutting ---20Mtrs x3Mtrs
• 2) Rolling machine ---Dia 300 onwards
• 3) Shearing machine –12mm Thickness
• 4) Bending Machine --12mm Thickness
• 5) 30 MIG Welding machine of 400AMPS

We have installed renowned ESAB make CNC which is 20mtrs long & 3Mtrs wide .It can cut process Plate/job job thickness upto 16mm.

It is also complemented with Oxy- fuel torch on the same setup which can process job upto 25 mm Thickness.

This helps us process job at much faster speed to keep our delivery commitment
