Akshay Group started in the year 2007 with inception of Akshay industries to cater cement and Fly Ash industries which was witnessing huge demand where techno economical solutions was needed to support the ever-growing sector so that small and medium transporter can in cash growth potential and become a major player

Our Partner Mr. Ajay Gupta who was leading marketing of family tipper and trailer fabrication Business decided to start manufacturing of Fly Ash & Cement bulkers in the year 2007 along with Tip- trailer.

We have worked very hard to design and manufacture Aluminium Alloy Light weight bulkers with free flow of material at low pressure .Aluminium vessels by property need to be operated with low internal pressure.

We have taken technical Assistance in understanding unloading material of various density from HORI Japan who are pioneer in designing Compressor where safety is of prime importance. We are committed to provide safe and secure products which once again proves our capabilities .

Our Partner Mr. Ajay Gupta who was leading marketing of family tipper and trailer fabrication Business decided to start manufacturing of Fly Ash & Cement bulkers in the year 2007 along with Tip- trailer.Though it was technically challenging product Mr. Ajay Gupta Engineering background followed by his rich experience over the years made Akshay industries a known name among few manufactures .With average turnover of over 10 Crores since many years we decided to expand with sensible facilities so that the demand can be fulfilled and group can be transformed from a fabrication unit to engineering product company .

Fly Ash & Cement Bulkers :

We are one of the leading manufacturer of fly Ash , cement and vessels manufacturers in Central India .Our Customer base are Across India .We have built over 10000+ Bulkers of various design as on date as per customer need .

Rigid Trailers :

We have designed light weight moulded high strength steel body having minimum weld joints with Air Suspension for high productivity and high product life.

This Products are meant for long Haul on roads where economy is by means of good mileage , extended Tyre life and controlled wear and tear .

Tip Trailers :

We are also working on our new design where nay material can be unloaded in just 20 degree tipping angle .

Our aim is to free trailer from Toppling due to high tipping angle where Centre of gravity shifts specially in uneven ground, when we have no space to stand trailer and tractor on same axis .

Factory shed and E.O.T :

We have 20,000 square feet shed designed to handle 5+ Tip bulker trailers assembly simultaneously other than job work activity.

CNC Plasma Cutting :

We have installed renowned ESAB make CNC which is 20mtrs long & 3Mtrs wide .It can cut process Plate/job job thickness upto 16 mm.
